Shipping policy
We do our best to deliver the products as quickly as possible. Therefore, all orders received by 3:00 PM will be packed and shipped on the same day.
The exact delivery times are specified on each product. Unless another period is indicated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered as follows:
- Within Germany: 3 – 4 days
- Abroad: 5 – 7 days after contract conclusion
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Orders with Different Delivery Times
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

- Shipping costs: €19.90 incl. VAT
- Free shipping for orders over €350.00
