The Berkel Volano B2 is a compact professional slicer that, with dimensions of 570 mm high, 530 mm wide, and 675 mm deep, fits perfectly into any kitchen. The 265 mm circular blade made of chrome-plated steel (100Cr6) ensures precise and even slices, which you can cut exactly as desired thanks to the continuously adjustable cutting width from 0.15 to 1.3 mm. The robust aluminum alloy housing, together with a secure base made of ABS stainless steel and rubber, guarantees stability and durability. The precise feed system and the dial, which can be adjusted to the millimeter, always position your food perfectly, while the anodized aluminum product holder with steel tips holds everything securely. The full steel protective ring around the circular blade and the rear aluminum protective ring ensure maximum safety. The ergonomic controls made of black, anodized aluminum offer a secure grip and reduce the effort required. Thanks to the stainless steel carriage and removable base plate with release system, cleaning is easy and the machine stays in top condition for a long time.
