Nesmuk - Soul

Soul is probably one of Nesmuk's best-known knife series. This series is characterised by its extreme and long-lasting sharpness. The special thing about Nesmuk knives is the composition of the steel used. In addition to stainless steel and chrome, Nesmuk knife blades contain the chemical element niobium. Niobium is an extremely rare metal that makes the blade particularly stable and heat-resistant. Niobium is normally used for rocket engines or nuclear fuel rods. In addition, Nesmuk's exceptionally thinly ground blades make these knives particularly sharp and at the same time light chef's knives.

There are eight different types of chef's knives in the Soul series.
