The stainless steel handle makes the Type 301 series knives unmistakable. The handle is ergonomically shaped and therefore fits perfectly in the hand. A small raised part separates the blade from the handle.

The high blade spine allows it to precisely cut even larger items such as meat, fish, and various vegetables. The hand-applied hammer finish creates space for a small air cushion between the knife and the food being cut – a noticeable non-stick effect as the greatest advantage. This allows the food to fall off the blade more easily.
