DESIGNED BY PORSCHE
The Type 301 chef's knives were developed in collaboration with "Butzi," a member of the Porsche dynasty. He has the extraordinary ability to harmonize form and functionality. 911s for President!
EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL
The stainless steel handle makes the Type 301 series knives unmistakable. The handle is ergonomically shaped and therefore fits perfectly in the hand. A small raised part separates the blade from the handle.
FROM PROFESSIONALS FOR PROFESSIONALS
The knives were manufactured in 2001 in collaboration with Austrian chef Jörg Wörther specifically for professional use. Renowned Michelin-starred chefs such as Klaus Erfort and Harald Wohlfahrt, as well as TV chefs such as Ralf Zacherl and Frank Rosin, have sworn by Chroma's Type 301 knives for years.
RAZOR-SHARP
The V-grind of the blade makes the knives of the Chroma Type 301 series particularly long-lasting sharpness. Another advantage: The knives are super easy to resharpen. The whetstones specially developed for the series are particularly suitable for this purpose.

Product Safety Description
The ST-1800S is a combination stone with 240 and 1000 grit. To secure the stone during the sharpening process, it rests on a non-slip base. The Chroma knives of the Type 301 knife series were developed in collaboration between Porsche and top chef Jörg Wörther. The knives are made entirely of steel and are known for their exceptional and functional design. The V-grind ensures that the knives remain sharp for a long time. The 240 grit is used when the knife has already been subjected to heavy use and has minimal nicks. This often occurs after heavy use without regular sharpening. This allows you to quickly achieve a smooth cutting edge. The 1000 grit, a standard grit, quickly achieves a good everyday sharpness. Ideally, we recommend following this with a 3000 grit or a similarly fine grit.
