One stone – two sides for perfect sharpness

With the Chroma Type 301 P-35 whetstone, you can polish your kitchen knives to a high shine without the need for a professional workshop. This practical combination whetstone combines two grits in one:

  • 1000 grit for quick resharpening

  • 3500 grit for fine polishing

1000 grit – the everyday hero

This side is your go-to for everyday sharpening. The 1000 grit ensures a solid, practical sharpness – quickly, efficiently, and without much effort. Ideal if your knives are sharpened regularly and don't show any major damage.

3500 grit – for the final finishing touch

If you want to get even more out of your knife after pre-grinding, use the fine 3500 grit . It gives your blade a particularly smooth and precise cutting edge—perfect for home cooks who value razor-sharpness.

Secure footing when sanding

To prevent slippage during sharpening, the whetstone rests on a non-slip base . This keeps everything where it belongs – even with a little more pressure.

DESIGNED BY PORSCHE

The Type 301 chef's knives were developed in collaboration with "Butzi," a member of the Porsche dynasty. He has the extraordinary ability to harmonize form and functionality. 911s for President!

EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL

The stainless steel handle makes the Type 301 series knives unmistakable. The handle is ergonomically shaped and therefore fits perfectly in the hand. A small raised part separates the blade from the handle.

FROM PROFESSIONALS FOR PROFESSIONALS

The knives were manufactured in 2001 in collaboration with Austrian chef Jörg Wörther specifically for professional use. Renowned Michelin-starred chefs such as Klaus Erfort and Harald Wohlfahrt, as well as TV chefs such as Ralf Zacherl and Frank Rosin, have sworn by Chroma's Type 301 knives for years.

RAZOR-SHARP

The V-grind of the blade makes the Type 301 series knives particularly long-lasting sharp. Another advantage: The knives are super easy to resharpen. The whetstones specially developed for the series are particularly suitable for this purpose.
