Kitchen knife sharpening service
Don't feel like sharpening your precious chef's knives yourself? Your time is too precious for that? Please send us an email with the type and quantity of knives you have, and we'll let you know how much it will cost and how long it will take.
GRINDING, POLISHING, WHEATING
Knives require regular care. Every cook knows that only a sharp knife allows for effective work. A regularly sharpened kitchen knife makes the job much easier.
WHICH GRINDING STONES?
For repairing imperfections and/or for pre-grinding, use a 300 or 400 grit stone. For regular grinding, stones starting at 800 grit are available, but 1,000 grit is usually used. Polishing stones for that final touch of sharpness are available from 3,000 to 6,000 grit.
LONG-LASTING SHARPNESS GUARANTEED
There's a wide range of prices and qualities when it comes to sharpening stones/whetstones. You should only use high-quality sharpening stones on your high-quality knives and avoid no-name brands. Brand-name quality is a must. With the various sharpening stones from Felix Solingen, you're on the right track.

Product Safety Description
FELIX SOLINGEN is one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the world. In addition to outstanding quality, functionality, and durability, its knives are distinguished by their exceptional beauty. FELIX knives remain sharp for a long time. But even they need to be resharpened at some point. A combination whetstone is particularly suitable for this purpose, as it combines two different grits. The coarse side of the whetstone smooths out unevenness, while the fine side precisely sharpens and polishes the knife.
