The blade is made of high-quality chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, hand-ground on both sides, and has a hardness of around 56 HRC – robust, edge-holding, and precise. With a total length of approximately 34 cm and a weight of around 300 g, the knife sits comfortably in the hand, and the finely polished handle made of durable Hostaform ensures a secure grip. The knife is manufactured in the traditional GÜDE factory in Solingen, where it is forged, hardened, ground, and finished in up to 55 steps – true craftsmanship that you can feel with every cut. The stainless steel and aluminum rivets not only give the knife stability, but also the typical look of the Alpha series.
