Thanks to the practical 10-step dial, you can adjust the dough to the exact thickness you want – perfectly adapted to any pasta shape. The Atlas 150 forms lasagna (150 mm), fettuccine (6.5 mm) , and tagliolini (1.5 mm) . With optional accessories, up to 12 additional pasta shapes are possible!
