The hand-forged blade consists of up to 210 layers of wild Damascus steel and features a cutting edge made of high-quality C90 carbon steel . This material combination ensures an impressive hardness of 62–63 HRC , high edge retention, and an exceptionally beautiful Damascus structure – each knife is unique. The single-sided hollow grind ensures maximum sharpness and precise cutting performance, even with the finest ingredients.

Weighing only approximately 145 grams, the knife is pleasantly lightweight, perfectly balanced, and sits securely in the hand thanks to its ergonomic handle. The highly polished stainless steel ferrule completes the high-quality design and simultaneously ensures stability for daily use.
