Our sharkskin wasabi grater is especially suitable for grating wasabi or horseradish. A fresh piece of wasabi root has a very neutral flavor – only with the right grater and perfect technique does the delicious, aromatic wasabi paste develop. The distinctive aroma arises from the cells being destroyed when the wasabi is rubbed against the sharkskin. The Rozan L wasabi grater is 13.5 cm long including the handle. The grating surface measures 7 x 7 cm. The tanned sharkskin is additionally attached to the board with rivets, giving it a traditional look.
