Product Safety Description
The Wüsthof Crafter bread knife has a blade length of 23 cm. In contrast to the single grind, this knife has a double serration – essentially a wave within a wave. This means it stays sharp longer, requires less effort, and is suitable for highly precise, smooth cuts. Bread with a hard crust is not crushed when cutting with the double serration. Bread with a soft crust, on the other hand, is cut cleanly – without tearing the delicate surface. The Wüsthof Crafter series first impresses chefs with its smoked oak handle. This elaborately treated wood is truly a pleasure to hold. Otherwise, you have a knife in front of you that could have been made long ago.
